Medscape is aimed at medical students. You need to sign up for a free account to read it & get regular emails. But there's lots of other interesting stuff too & every once in a while, a gout related scientific paper, which you would have to pay to read otherwise. I think it's a great resource.

This comes with a test to see if you've been paying attention.
